This all started back in 1996 in Tulsa Oklahoma, Our Mother Ms. Leola Benjamin was the first sole proprietor of the Rubicon Restaurant located at 551 N. 28th St West Near Central High School.  After a successful start with a lot of hard work and family support the Rubicon has served Tulsa Oklahoma in several locations over the years. The Rubicon Restaurant LLC, is now owned and operated by Ms Leola's Daughter Franzola Owens.  Rubicon Potatoes have become a household name in Tulsa and we, the family would like to say thanks.  We want you to know that we appreciate you being a part of our family over the years and that we are investing in our business in an effort to make it a better experience for you.
